Welcome to my profile everybody…

Nowadays there is such a great variaty on spiritual books and teachings and sometimes I feel a bit lost in this world. Many things are happening around us and things are changing very rapidly.

I've tried different things to still that uneasyness which is always present. Sometimes it's more present, other times it is just around the corner or at the background. But it is always near.

Since childhood, i've felt a great attraction to the spiritual. I've had several out of body experiences and many lucid dreams when I was little . As a child I loved those times when I could just float around and jump very high in my dream. Wake up afterwards with this great feeling which lasted all day.

What changed when growing up and took away my sense of being one with all those around me and genuinly caring about nature. It this growing up??? I just coudn't accept this and went on a search.

Google led me to several courses but they costed a lot of money or where just very intellectual. I didn't want to believe an other theory because others have they're theorie and it would just be them against me.

Eventually my search led me to gnosis which means knowlegde. Doing several meditations, mindfullness practices and just being in the present moment gives me some insights what this type of teaching has to offer.
